Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Stratix ("Stratix," "we," or "us") collects through www.stratixsfl.com (the "Site"), how we use it, and the choices you have. It covers the Site only. Information we handle while providing services to clients is governed by our agreements with those clients.
Information you give us
When you use the contact form, we collect what you enter: your name, company, email address, phone number, the service you're interested in, and your message. Only your name, email address, and message are required. If you email us directly, we receive your email address and whatever you include.
Please don't send passwords, credentials, payment card data, health information, or other sensitive data through the form or by email.
Information collected automatically
- Spam and abuse protection. The contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people from automated bots. Turnstile processes signals such as your IP address, browser user agent, and TLS fingerprint, as described in Cloudflare's Turnstile Privacy Addendum. We also use your IP address to limit how many messages can be sent from one address in a short time.
- Analytics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand overall traffic, such as page views, referring sites, browser and device type, country, and page load times. Cloudflare states that Web Analytics doesn't use cookies or local storage and doesn't fingerprint visitors. We see aggregate reports, not individual visitor profiles.
- Hosting and logs. The Site is hosted on Cloudflare's global network, which processes technical information such as IP addresses and request details to deliver and protect the Site, and may do so outside your state or country. Our own logs of contact form submissions record only whether a submission succeeded or failed, not what you wrote.
- Theme preference. If you switch between light and dark mode, your choice is saved in your browser's local storage so the Site remembers it. It stays on your device.
Cookies
Stratix doesn't set cookies, and the Site has no advertising or cross-site tracking. Cloudflare may use strictly necessary technologies, such as those Turnstile relies on, to protect the Site from bots and abuse.
How we use information
- To respond to your inquiry, schedule a conversation, and follow up about our services
- To keep records of our business communications
- To protect the Site and its visitors from spam, fraud, and abuse
- To understand overall use of the Site and improve it
- To comply with legal obligations
We don't sell your personal information, and we don't share it for targeted advertising.
How we share information
- Service providers that help us run the Site and our business, such as Cloudflare (hosting, security, analytics, and email routing) and our email provider. Contact form messages are delivered to us by email.
- Authorities or others when the law requires it, or when needed to protect our rights, our clients, or the safety of others.
- A successor business if Stratix is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. This policy continues to apply to any information transferred.
How long we keep information
We keep contact form messages and emails as long as we need them to respond to you, follow up, and maintain our business records, and then delete them. Cloudflare keeps its own technical logs under its own policies.
Security
We protect the information we receive with reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, and limit access to the people at Stratix who need it. The Site is served only over HTTPS. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Your choices
You can ask us what personal information we have about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing hello@stratixsfl.com. We'll respond within 30 days. We may need to verify your request, and we may keep information the law requires us to keep. You can also ask us at any time to stop sending you follow-up messages.
Children
The Site is meant for businesses and isn't directed to children under 13. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we'll delete it.
Electronic signing
If you review or sign proposals or agreements with us electronically, the Electronic Records and Signature Disclosure shown before you sign explains what the signing process records.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The "Last updated" date above shows when it last changed, and we'll post any changes on this page.
